I work a vetted network and active outreach to find people who genuinely fit, including strong candidates who aren't answering job posts.

You get a considered shortlist with notes on relevant experience, qualifications, motivation, and questions to explore in the interview.

Offer & Close

I help both sides navigate the offer, prepare for the start date, and stay in touch after the hire. Placement guarantee terms are agreed in writing.

How we work together, what it costs, and what happens next.

You work directly with Gio DeStasio, Verity's founder and principal recruiter. We agree on the search priorities and communication cadence upfront, and I keep you informed as the search progresses.
I review relevant experience and qualifications, discuss the work and compensation expectations, and explore motivation and availability. Employers receive context with each introduction, including any gaps or questions to explore further.
No hire, no fee. There is no upfront search fee. Employers pay a placement fee only when they hire someone I introduce. The fee, payment terms, and scope of the search are agreed in writing before work begins. Candidates never pay a fee.
Direct-hire placements include a 90-day guarantee. The coverage, conditions, and available remedies are set out in your written search agreement before the search begins.
We discuss your goals, relevant opportunities, and next steps. I ask for your permission before presenting you to an employer. If there isn't a suitable opening, you can share your background for future opportunities. Working with Verity is always free for candidates.
Verity recruits for direct-hire roles across the United States. Our work has included legal, finance and accounting, business operations, skilled trades, healthcare, and software engineering.
